2. Employers and Candidates are provided with their own secure accounts so information can be easily uploaded and viewed.

3. Candidates create and manage their own content so they can highlight the elements of their skills and experience they feel are most important. The employer is able to see the candidates motivation level for the role.

4. From simple introductions & written competency questions to interview style Q&A’s and behavioural traits profiles employers can ‘meet’ and assess candidates remotely.

5. Employers can ask our recruiters questions and discuss the strengths of each candidate with their colleagues using the private messaging system.

6. The experience, abilities and behavioural traits of the shortlisted candidates can be easily compared, facilitating faster and more accurate decision-making
